We are Business Pattern (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
We operate the website www.business-pattern.sa, the Business Pattern mobile application (the “App”), as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Business Pattern, concerning your access to and use of our Services.

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Contributions do not violate any laws or rights.
By submitting Contributions, you grant us the right to use, display, and distribute them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting or submitting Contributions, you grant Business Pattern a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, process, and display your content as part of the Services.
You retain ownership of your content.
11. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the Business Pattern App solely according to these Terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Additional terms may apply depending on the app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take corrective action, and remove or restrict content or access at our discretion.
13. PRIVACY POLICY

By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately for any breach of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice or liability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, without liability.
We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or system interruptions.

Courts located in Riyadh, KSA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Pattern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Pattern, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
22. USER DATA
We may retain certain data related to your use of the Services for operational purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We are not liable for loss or corruption of user data.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that such communications and electronic signatures have the same legal effect as written agreements.
24. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Business Pattern.
